Job Advertisement: Horreds Möbel is currently in an exciting phase with a strong belief in the future, and as such, we are now looking for a Sales Manager.
You will be responsible for Horreds Möbel’s market and sales strategy, updating it according to market needs to achieve set sales targets. The Sales Manager role includes personnel responsibility for four direct reports and 3 agents. The direct reports are two salespeople, one in Gothenburg and one in Stockholm, as well as 2 customer support staff in Horred. Responsibilities also extend to an agent in Norway, an agent in Denmark, and an agent for other countries. You will drive sales to major key retailers and, together with the management team, plan for product development.
In the long term, efforts will be made to further strengthen the brand and explore new potential product areas for development. Together with the CEO, you are responsible for the company’s website, developing marketing strategies, such as for social media and content marketing. You will maintain contacts with our advertising and media agency and participate in fairs, as well as accompany your staff on trips.
You report to the CEO, are part of the management team, and the position is based in Horred.
Who We’re Looking
For You are able to inspire and coach your staff, driven by seeing your employees achieve results. You work well with other company employees to achieve your set goals. We believe successful candidates will have proven leadership qualities in sales, preferably within the furniture or interior design industry. You should have digital experience and have worked with both B2B and B2C. You are accustomed to developing and implementing effective sales processes.
Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate successful sales results as a Sales Manager.
